Submit quotation via email to [email protected] with RFQ number (RFQ202627/11) in the subject line by 28 May 2026 at 12:00 PM. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Required returnable documents: 1) Quotation on company letterhead, 2) Completed and signed SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), 3) Completed and signed SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid, Parts A & B), 4) Completed and signed POPIA consent form, 5) Completed and signed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), 6) Copy of CSD Report or MAAA Number, 7) Facilitator’s CV and qualifications. All forms must be signed by an authorised company representative.

Evaluation follows a 4-phase process: Phase 1 (Mandatory): Bidder must have accreditation with relevant bodies and an accredited facilitator. Failure disqualifies. Phase 2 (SCM Administrative): Submit proof of CSD registration, completed SBD 4, SBD 1, POPIA consent form, and SBD 6.1. Phase 3 (Compliance): Quotation must cover all specified items (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Phase 4 (Scoring): 80 points for price (inclusive of VAT), 20 points for specific goals (51%+ Black Ownership = 20 points; <51% = 0 points). Tax compliance verified via CSD/SARS prior to award.

Scope: Provide Adobe Software Training for 1 staff member. Course content must include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Training must be delivered virtually by a qualified facilitator. Duration: 1 week. Assessment and certification: Delegates must undergo assessment to receive a certificate of competency. Purpose: Equip staff with skills to execute key performance indicators.

Price quotations must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (including VAT). Quotation remains open for acceptance for 90 days from closing date. Bidders bear all costs of preparing and submitting the RFQ.

Mandatory: Proof of CSD registration or SARS PIN (TCS). Tax compliance verified via CSD or SARS e-Filing prior to award. Bidders must not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers. Required forms: SBD 4, SBD 1, POPIA consent form, SBD 6.1. B-BBEE: 20 points awarded for 51%+ Black Ownership (proof: ID copies of directors/CSD report/CIPC/B-BBEE certificate/affidavit).
