Event: Staff Address for 160 attendees on 10 June 2026 at Artscape Theatre (ARTS LIVE). Venue setup: Marble Foyer and Chandelier Foyer. Artscape provides tables and black tablecloths. Service provider must supply: gold table runners, 180 Tiffany Chairs (gold), 15 centrepieces, all cutlery and crockery (plates, forks, serviettes, glasses, cups, saucers, side plates). Lunch service from 11:30 to 12:00 in Chandelier Foyer, lunch at 12:45. Menu: Mutton Curry with Rice and Roti, Crumbed Chicken Breast Fillet, Crumbed Mushrooms, Roast Vegetables, Roast Potato Wedges, Cauliflower and Broccoli in creamy white sauce, Greek Salad with Feta and Olives, Mushroom Sauce. Drinks: Various jugged 100% juice. Afternoon tea from 13:00 to 14:30: Cocktail sweet snacks (e.g., chocolate brownies, fancies), coffee, and tea. Service provider must set up timeously.
