Scope: Supply and inspection of CCTV cameras for sewer lines at Ennerdale Depot. Work includes: pre-cleaning with high-pressure jetting, CCTV inspection of pipelines (160mm–250mm diameter) using robotic crawler or push camera system (minimum 1080p resolution), and recording continuous video footage. Service Provider must identify: blockages/obstructions, cracks/fractures/collapsed sections, root intrusion, pipe misalignment/sagging, illegal connections, and provide accurate distance measurements of defects from entry points. Deliverables: Full CCTV inspection report, video footage (USB/digital format), defect log and condition assessment, and recommendations for repairs/maintenance. Minimum technical requirements: CCTV equipment suitable for 160–250mm pipes, LED lighting for visibility, system capable of recording distance, date, and time overlays. Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills development levies). Non-firm prices or exclusion of taxes will lead to disqualification.
