Scope: Repair, restoration, and securing of 15 chairs in the auditorium. Deliverables: 1) Tightly secure all 15 chairs to the floor. 2) Replace mechanisms where necessary. 3) Stitch and restore torn chairs. 4) Re-attach chair parts tightly and firmly. All work must meet Johannesburg Water’s standards for durability and safety. Offer must be valid for 60 days from closing date.

Pricing must be firm (no price adjustments for exchange rate fluctuations). Submit a pricing schedule (MBD 3.1) with unit prices, subtotal, VAT at 15%, and grand total (inclusive of all applicable taxes: VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL).
