Time of completion: 16 weeks. Standards: GCC 2015, SANS 1921:2004, SANS 10396:2003, SANS 1914:2003, OHSA Construction Regulations 2014. Site: Desiree Booysen Farm, Willowmore. Subcontracting: Requires prior approval from the Engineer. For contracts ≥ R3.0M, non-Eastern Cape bidders must subcontract 25% to an Eastern Cape-based contractor.
