• Submit quotation in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with quotation number (SMQ78-25-26) and description.
• Place envelope in the Municipal Quotation Box at Supply Chain Management Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam.
• Deadline: 11:00 on 26 June 2026. Late submissions, emails, or faxes will not be accepted.
• Use only prescribed quotation documents.
• Quotation box is accessible 24/7; opening dimensions: 10cm high x 33cm wide.
• Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.

Quotations must be placed in the Municipal Quotation Box at the Supply Chain Management Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam, by 11:00 on 26 June 2026.

• Mandatory requirements:

• Registration with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) as a Land Surveyor (proof of certificate required).
• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Evidence of 3 similar municipal projects completed in the last 3 years.

• Evaluation method: 80/20 preferential procurement point system.
• Adjudication will follow Swellendam Municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy and Supply Chain Management Policy.
• The Municipality reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or in part, or none at all.

• Scope: Provision of land surveying services for four disparate portions of land (Remainder Erf 1) and Erf 9546 in Swellendam.
• Bidder must be registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) as a Land Surveyor and submit proof of certification.
• Bidder must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience in land surveying.
• Bidder must provide evidence of 3 similar projects completed for a municipality within the last 3 years.

• Bidder must be registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) as a Land Surveyor and submit proof of certification.
• Bidder must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Evidence of 3 similar projects completed for a municipality within the last 3 years must be submitted.

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN issued by SARS must be included with the submission.

Bids must remain valid for a period of 60 days from the bid closing date.

The 80/20 preferential procurement point system will be applied in accordance with Swellendam Municipality’s policies.
