• Site Agent/Contract Agent: 15 points (National Diploma in Civil Engineering - 5, ECSA Professional Technician registration - 5, minimum 10 years experience - 5).
• Health and Safety Officer: 10 points (SACPMP certificate - 5, minimum 3 years post-certification experience - 5).
• Foreman/Clerk of Works: 10 points (National Diploma in Civil Engineering - 5, minimum 5 years experience - 5).
• Proof of construction equipment: 25 points (Tipper truck - 5, TLB - 5, Grader - 5, Roller - 5, Water truck - 5).
• Quality Assurance: 10 points (Project execution plan - 5, Certified laboratory - 2.5, Test methodology - 2.5).
