Method statement must cover: sequence of work (site prep, excavation, installation, testing, commissioning), resource allocation (people, tools, plant, materials, budget), environmental management (stakeholder engagement, dust control, waste management, site cleanliness), transportation/delivery (panel transport, offloading, barricading), and quality assurance (QCP, inspection/testing, project closure, handover). Key personnel requirements: Project Manager (National Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural, 8+ years experience in concrete wall installation), Site Agent (National Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural, 5+ years experience, site supervision), Safety Officer (National Diploma or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, 5+ years experience in construction H&S).
