Pricing: Bidders must quote a ceiling price inclusive of VAT for the full six-month service, and provide a cost breakdown. Rates must be firm for the full period unless otherwise specified.
Returnable documents: Complete all official forms (Annexure A invitation, SBD 4 bidder's disclosure, SBD 6.1 preference points claim, Annexure G pricing schedule, POPIA consent form). Initial all pages. SAWS may reject bids with incomplete standard bidding documents.
