Bids must be submitted on the official tender document, which can be purchased for r1,000.00 Or downloaded from the e-tender portal. Proof of payment must be attached to the submission. The tender validity period is 90 days. The municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept in whole or part. Tenders are evaluated on experience, capacity, and references where relevant.
