NO telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile, or emailed submissions accepted. • The tender must be uploaded with: name of tenderer, contact person and details, tender number TE/2026/06/2392/7323/RFQ, and tender description. • Documents must be marked for the attention of the employer’s agent: thembisa dlawo. • Submit at least one day before the closing date to avoid technical issues. You can upload 30mb per upload; multiple uploads are permitted. • Late tenders will not be accepted. • Tender validity period is 12 weeks from the closing date; you may be requested to extend IT. • required returnable documents include: T2.2-01 certificate of attendance (signed at compulsory meeting), T2.2-02 CIDB registration proof, and all schedules listed in t2.1 (E.g., Company experience, project organogram, key personnel cvs, project schedule, methodology). • Submissions must not contain documents relating to any other tender. • Failure to attend the compulsory tender clarification meeting will result in disqualification.
