The specialist shall inform the project officer of any damages caused by the specialist/personnel during the repair work on the day that such damages occur. 2. Any damage to property, as the result of the specialist’s operations, shall be the responsibility of the specialist. Safety 1. The service provider’s personnel working on site must have and use all safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary for the task to be performed on site. 2. The service provider’s personnel working on site must conform to the acceptable standards of behaviour. 3. The service provider must provide all relevant material and equipment (e.g. Ladders, etc) for their personnel on site as per safety and compliance requirements and specifications for persons working in an elevated position. 4. All reasonable care shall be taken to prevent injury to people or damage to property by ensuring that equipment is properly secured and maintained and to ensure they are in good working order and equipped with the required safety devices.
