Envelope must be marked with tenderer’s company name, project number, and description. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted. Ensure delivery is recorded in the Employer’s tenders received register. Failure to submit Form A1.1 (Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender) via email within 7 days of tender advertisement may result in non-responsiveness. Electronic submissions must be accessible; non-accessible tenders will be declared non-responsive. In case of discrepancy between Excel and PDF pricing schedules, the PDF version governs.

Submit fully completed original bid documents with one (1) copy in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with 'TENDER NO. 8/2/RNM0637 - CONSTRUCTION OF NGQUMBELA VEHICULAR BRIDGE IN WARD 7'. Deposit in the bid box at the foyer of Ray Nkonyeni Municipal Offices, 10 Connor Street, Port Shepstone, by 12:00 on 19 June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Use official forms (not re-typed). Bids must be signed by an authorized representative. Joint ventures must include a signed joint venture agreement (MBD 4, 8 & 9 for each entity). Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting (22 May 2026, 12:00, No1 Protea Rd, Marburg) is required. Failure to submit one copy or attend the meeting may result in disqualification. Bids are valid for 120 days.
