Proof must be submitted (e.g., Csd full report, company registration certificate, director's ID copy, proof of residence, or medical certificate). Disqualification risks: bids will be disqualified if the bidder is listed on the national treasury restricted suppliers' database, is an employee of the state, has colluded, has failed to complete the gcc contract or environmental record, has not attached a certified copy of the project technician's diploma in graphic design or similar, or if the service fee bid is ambiguous or conditional.
