• Submit quarterly SDL&I compliance reports using the SDL&I Data Collection Template. ERI will review these within 30 days and notify you in writing of any non-compliance. You must implement corrective measures within 7 days of notification, or the SDL&I penalty clause will be invoked. • Complete and return the SDL&I implementation schedule to the SDL&I representative for acceptance before contract award. • A penalty of 2.5% of the invoiced amount (excluding VAT) per quarter applies for failure to meet SDL&I obligations.

Submit a fully completed tender in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and title, including the tenderer’s name. Deposit it in the tender box at Steve Tshwete Local Municipality, 1st floor, Room B207, Civic Centre, Corner Walter Sisulu and Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg, before 12:00 on 09/06/2026. Tenders will be opened in public. Tender documents are obtainable from 12/05/2026 at Legal & Administration Department, Room B207, Municipal Building, Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg, against a non-refundable fee of R850 (cash or debit/credit card only). Compulsory documents (failure to submit results in disqualification): Company registration certificate (CK), current municipal account (≤3 months) or lease agreement + landlord’s municipal account, Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), CIDB grading of 4CE or higher, valid COIDA/Workmen’s Compensation certificate, audited financial statements for the past 3 years, and fully completed forms. Non-compulsory documents: Share certificates, medical certificates, tax compliance PIN, CSD summary report. Joint ventures must be registered on CSD. Disqualification risks: Incomplete submissions, missing compulsory documents, or conflicts of interest (e.g., state employees, advisors/contractors to the municipality).

• The tender requires submission of returnable documents. Check the tender package for the specific list of returnable forms and any mandatory annexes. • Ensure all required returnable documents are completed, signed and attached to your bid before the deadline. • Failure to include any required returnable document may result in automatic disqualification.
