• Submit ONE original bid document plus ONE (1) copy in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Panel of Financial Consultants for a Three‑year period for Ray Nkonyeni Municipality”. • Deliver the envelope to the Bid Box at 10 Connor Street, Port Shepstone no later than 12:00 on 20 July 2026. Late submissions will be rejected. • All bids must be on the official forms supplied – no re‑typing is allowed. • A compulsory virtual clarification meeting will be held on 07 July 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams; bidders must register their e‑mail address ([email protected] or [email protected]) by 03 July 2026. • Tick at least one field of specialisation (AFS, Fixed Asset Register, Revenue Enhancement, VAT & Tax, Internal Audit). Failure to tick a field results in disqualification. • Attach the required documents (company registration, ID copies of directors/shareholders, valid Tax Compliance Certificate or TCS PIN, all relevant MBD declarations, joint‑venture agreements where applicable). • Bids are valid for 120 days from the closing date. • Only suppliers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) will be considered; provide CSD proof. • Foreign qualifications must be verified by SAQA and attached. • No persons who are state employees may bid. • Unsuccessful bidders will be notified on the municipal website; objections must be lodged within 14 days to [email protected] or fax 086 529 7195.
