Envelope must be clearly marked: 'APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PROVISION OF ADVERTISING AGENCY SERVICES ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS' and include Contract No: JSM-COMMS-AD01/26-29. β’ Tenders must be completed in black ink, sealed, and deposited in the tender box. No telegraphic, telephonic, fax, telex, email, or late submissions accepted. β’ Compulsory briefing attendance: Only bids from tenderers who attend the session on 12 June 2026 (11h00β11h30) at Dr JS Moroka GaPhahla Community Hall and sign the register will be considered. β’ Document fee: Non-refundable R3,516.32 per document, payable from 10 June 2026 at municipality offices or downloadable via the e-Tender portal. β’ Return all returnable documents fully completed. Place the envelope in the tender box on the 1st floor, Room B207, Civic Centre, Corner Walter Sisulu and Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg, by 12:00 on 10/06/2026. Late, unmarked, or electronically submitted tenders (telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email) will be disqualified. Tender documents cost R850 (non-refundable, cash/debit/credit card only) and are obtainable from Legal & Administration Department, Room B207, Municipal Building, Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg, from 12/05/2026. All forms must be completed in full. Compulsory annexures: company registration certificate (CK), current municipal account (β€3 months) or lease agreement + landlordβs municipal account, Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), audited annual financial statements (past 3 years). Non-compulsory: share certificates, medical certificate, tax compliance PIN, CSD summary report. Joint Ventures must be registered on CSD as a Joint Venture.
