Clearly mark the envelope with tender number (KKDM 11/25), title, and closing date/time. - Required returnable documents: SBD7 (written contract form), MBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9), Certificate of Authority for Signatory, Declaration of Interest, Certificate of Independent Bid Determination, Preference Points Claim Form, Tax Clearance Certificate, Proof of Municipal Account Payment, Company Registration Certificate, Certified ID copies of directors/partners, Functionality Portfolio of Evidence, and proof of tender document purchase (if applicable). - Bids must be submitted as originals only (no copies). Missing pages or unauthorized alterations will disqualify the bid. - Faxed, e-mailed, or late submissions are not accepted. Hand-delivered or couriered bids must arrive by 10:00 AM on 08/07/2026. - Bids remain valid for 120 days after closing date. - Non-refundable tender document fee: R500.00 (if applicable).
