The road accident fund (raf) requires a service provider to flush and disinfect the complete plumbing water distribution network, including bathrooms, toilets, urinals, basins and kitchen sinks, at its head office in block f, centurion. Bidders must be csd-registered, hold a valid coida letter of good standing and be registered with the plumbing industry registration board (pirb).
CSD registration: Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); the RAF will only conduct business with CSD-registered suppliers.
COIDA letter of good standing: A valid letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner or authorised entity must be submitted by the closing date and time; the letter must not be older than twelve (12) months.
PIRB registration: The service provider must be registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) and submit valid proof of registration by the closing date and time.
Compulsory site inspection: A compulsory site inspection will be held on 10 September 2026 at 11h00 at 2 Eco Glades, 420 Witch Hazel Road, Centurion.
