Training must be accredited (Unit Standard 259622 or QCTO) and cover the functions of the workplace Health and Safety Representative. Duration: 2 days per group. Location: Ffennell Road Training Centre, Johannesburg. Groups: 6 groups (24 participants each for Groups 1-5, 22 for Group 6). Requirements: Submit valid proof of accreditation, at least one reference letter confirming successful SHE Rep Training implementation, and provide assessment reports and certificates post-training. Provider must supply own data projector and stationery (pens, notebooks)—costs must be included in pricing.

Competitors are defined as any individual or organization (affiliated or not) that: 1) Has been requested to submit a bid for this RFQ. 2) Could potentially submit a bid based on qualifications, abilities, or experience. 3) Provides the same goods/services or operates in the same line of business as the bidder.
