Submit all required returnable documents as per the tender. All contractual communication must be in written format on official letterhead, signed by authorised parties, and emailed in PDF. Attached documentation must be in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Non-compliant or incorrectly delivered spares will be rejected. Supplier must collect rejected spares within 5 working days and deliver correct spares within the agreed timeframe. Default notifications will be issued for non-compliance.

Submit all required quotation documents as specified in the RFQ. Incomplete submissions may lead to disqualification.

Submit proposals as follows: - Deliver one (1) original, properly bound document to the bid box at Roads Agency Limpopo, RAL Towers, 26 Rabe Street, Polokwane, 0700 OR post to Private Bag X9554, Polokwane, 0700. - Proposals must be in sealed envelopes marked with: Bid number (RAL/2026/ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES/RFP001), closing date/time (23 June 2026 @ 11:00), and bidder’s name/address. - Use official forms only (SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) — do not re-type. - Late submissions (even 1 second after 11:00) will be rejected and returned unopened. Telkom time (dial 1026) is the official reference. - No faxed or emailed proposals accepted. - Documents submitted on time will not be returned. - Compulsory briefing session: 12 June 2026 at 11:00 at RAL Towers, 26 Rabe Street, Polokwane. Late arrivals (>15 mins) or non-attendance disqualifies the bid. Bring your own proposal documents. - Clarifications: Submit written queries to [email protected] by 17 June 2026, 15:00. Replies within 2 working days. Telephonic queries not accepted. - Disqualification risks: Non-compliance with submission format, late delivery, missing mandatory forms, or failure to attend briefing.

Submit electronically via Eskom E-Tendering portal by 09 July 2026 at 10h00. Late submissions are disqualified. Upload all documents in PDF format (price list must also include an Excel copy). File limits: 500MB per document, 4GB total. No ZIP files or hard copies accepted. Ensure submission status is marked as 'complete'. Resubmissions: only the latest version is valid. Mandatory disqualifiable returnables at closing: Authorisation Form (Annexure A), Acknowledgement Form (Annexure B), Tenderer’s Particulars (Annexure C), Integrity Declaration (Annexure D), CPA for Local Goods/Services (Annexure E) or Foreign Goods/Services (Annexure F if applicable), SBD 6.2 Declaration (Annexures G1-G4 if designated materials are included), SBD 1 (Annexure H), SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form (Annexure I), SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure (Annexure J), NEC3 Supply Contract (Attachment 1), Pricing Schedule (PDF + Excel), E-Tendering Help Manual acknowledgement (Attachment 14). Non-disqualifiable returnables may be requested within 5 working days if missing/incomplete. JV/consortium must submit a valid agreement and single designated bank account details. Submit via Transnet e-Tender Submission Portal (https://transnetetenders.azurewebsites.net). Steps: 1) Register or sign in; 2) Toggle 'Log an Intent' button; 3) Upload bid documents against the tender. Upload at least 1 day before closing (22 June 2026, 12:00 noon) to avoid technical issues. Max 30MB per upload, multiple uploads allowed. Late submissions rejected. No telephonic, fax, or email submissions accepted. Required returnables: T2.2-01a (Valid LME Certificate from DEL), T2.2-01b (Proof of mobile crane ownership/hire for 3x35-ton, 3x80-ton per site, 1x180-ton, 1x220-ton), completed Form of Offer and Acceptance + Price List (Excl. VAT). Disqualification risks: Missing mandatory documents, invalid LME certificate, late submission, or non-compliance with PPE/safety rules during site visit (safety shoes, goggles, long-sleeve shirts, high-visibility vests, hard hats; no firearms).

Submit bids by 06/07/2026 at 11H00 to: (1) Bid box at CapeNature Cape Town Office, 3rd Floor, Cnr Bosduif & Volstruis Streets, Bridgetown, 7764; or (2) Email to [email protected]. Use only official bid forms (do not re-type). Late bids will be rejected. If successful, you must fill in and sign the WBD7 contract form. Disqualification risks: Failure to submit required documents (e.g., CSD registration, tax compliance, B-BBEE proof), misrepresentation, or non-compliance with mandatory fields.

Submit a sealed tender clearly marked with the full tender reference and description. Deposit in the Tender Box at the Cash Hall Area, Williston Municipal Building, 2 Mulder Street, Williston, during office hours (08h00–16h00). No late, faxed, or emailed tenders accepted. Courier use is at the bidder’s own risk. Proof of payment for tender documents (R733.70) must accompany submission. Supporting documentation must be properly bound or filed. Non-adherence to submission rules (e.g., incorrect tender box, after-hours delivery, or delivery to another venue) will disqualify the bid. Only one offer per tender document is accepted. Persons in the service of the state are ineligible.

Submit sealed bids marked 'Bid no: SCM 52/2026 PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS' to the Municipal Manager. Place bids in the tender box at Supply Chain Management Unit, Sanlam Building Shop Nr 7, 112 Donkin Street, Beaufort West, before 10:00 on 25 June 2026. Requirements: bids must be completed in ink by hand. Disqualification risks: telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, or email submissions are not accepted; late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the Committee Room at the same address. Tender validity period: 120 days after closing date. Printed bid documents cost R265 (non-refundable), payable to Beaufort West Municipality, NEDBANK, Branch Code 198765, Account 1074280318 (reference: SCM 52/2026). Proof of payment required for collection. Electronic documents are free. Must book tender documents in advance to collect at the compulsory clarification meeting.

Submit printed tender documents only. Reserve documents at least 2 working days before the pre-tender clarification meeting (deadline: 08 June 2026 at 16:00) via email to Mr. S Madumbo ([email protected]). Pay a non-refundable fee of R375 into Beaufort West Municipality’s NEDBANK account (Branch Code: 198765, Account Number: 1074280318, Reference: SCM XX/2026). Proof of payment is required to receive documents. Final tender submission deadline: 03 July 2026 at 14:00 to the Supply Chain Management Unit, Sanlam Building, 112 Donkin Street, Beaufort West. Tenders will be opened publicly immediately after closing. Validity period: 90 days. Disqualification risks: Late submissions, failure to attend compulsory meetings, or arriving more than 15 minutes late to the clarification meeting.

Submit printed tender documents only. Tenders opened in public immediately after. Validity period: 90 days. Disqualification risks: Failure to attend compulsory pre-tender meeting or arrival >15 minutes late.

Submit in a neatly bound file, in this order: Form of Offer, all returnable schedules, completed Pricing Schedule. For alternative offers: Submit in a separate bound file, clearly marked 'ALTERNATIVE', including: Alternative Form of Offer, applicable returnable schedules, Alternative Pricing Schedule, and other relevant information. Submit as original only (no copies required). Seal and mark outer package as 'ORIGINAL' with tender number (WCNCB 02/05/2026) and title. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, or email submissions are not accepted. Late bids will be disqualified. Bids must remain valid for 120 days after closing. Submit the following returnable documents: 1) Signed Lease Agreement (Annexure B). 2) Completed Schedule 1 with: full physical address and building description of leased premises, Erf number, commencement and expiry dates. 3) Rental payment details: landlord’s bank account name, number, institution, branch, branch code, account type, reference number (if applicable), and VAT registration number. 4) Financial terms: annual escalation rate (compounded), basic rental breakdown per m² for office space, parking bays, and other charges (with VAT at 15%), and total monthly payable for each of the 5 years. 5) Separate letter detailing any additional charges. 6) Three contactable references (name, phone/email, company if applicable). 7) Domicilium citandi et executandi for landlord (physical/postal address, phone, fax, email, cell, alternative contact).

Submit a sealed bid envelope to the Bid Box at Room 315, Third Floor, Municipal Building, Dan Tloome Civic Centre, Corner of Sol Plaatjie Ave & Wolmarans Street, Potchefstroom, 2520 by 12:00 on 23/06/2026. Clearly mark the envelope with the bid number (TENDER 56/2026) and title. Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids may be hand-delivered, couriered, or posted at the bidder’s risk. Ensure all required forms (MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) are completed in black ink, signed, and initialled on all pages. Do not retype or alter bid documents. Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid documents must be properly indexed, neatly bound, and include all required returnable forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1). A non-refundable bid deposit of R1,282.00 is payable for physical document collection (not required for e-tenders downloads).
