Submit the following returnable documents: signed and dated cvs for key personnel with at least 5 years’ experience in turbine plants. Include qualifications and sufficient experience evidence. Only the first 20 cvs will be considered for scoring. Each cv must be signed by the specific individual with their name, designation, and date.

This document is a scope of work (sow) for the valves services contract and does not contain submission guidelines, bid closing dates, or returnable document requirements. Bidders must obtain the formal tender invitation document for submission requirements.

• Submit your bid online via the national treasury etender portal (www.etenders.gov.za). NO physical submissions are accepted. • Deadline: 30 july 2026 at 11:00. Late bids will not be considered. • Ensure your bid is fully completed, dated, and signed in black ink. Initial every page. • Include all required returnable documents: sbd1, sbd4, sbd6.1, Fully completed pricing schedule, b-bbee certificate/affidavit, business registration certificate, csd compliance history report, and SARS tax compliance pin or csd number. • Bids can be disqualified for incomplete information, fraudulent submissions, non-compliance with mandatory requirements, false declarations, or being listed on the national treasury restricted supplier database. • All costs for bid preparation are for the bidder's account. • Do not contact any wrc staff other than the designated SCM contacts for queries.

Submit the sbd 6.1 Preference points claim form as part of the tender. Include all required proof or documentation for specific goals (e.g., HDI, women ownership, disability status) to claim preference points. Failure to submit documentation will result in zero points for those goals. The organ of state may request substantiation of claims at any time, even after adjudication.

A certified original valid b-bbee certificate or a compliant sworn affidavit (non-compliant affidavits score zero). 3. Municipal rates and taxes account statement not older than 90 days in arrears. 4. Signed declaration of interest (mbd 4). 5. Declaration of bidder’s past supply chain management practices (mbd 8). 6. Certificate of independent bid determination (mbd 9). 7. Proof of csd registration (maaa supplier number). 8. Preference points claim form (mbd 6.1). 9. Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders. • Ensure all attached mbd forms are duly completed and signed. • Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. • Quotations without brand names where required will not be accepted.

Submissions received after closing date and time will not be accepted. Acceptance of quotation is subject to johannesburg water's supply chain policy. Only firm prices accepted — non-firm prices, including those subject to exchange rate variations, will not be considered. Bid rigging (collusive bidding) is prohibited; suspicious bids will be reported to the national prosecuting authority and may result in restriction from public sector for up to 10 years.
