The scope of work covers the Supply and Delivery of Ready-Mix Concrete to various sites located across the

Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality. The appointed service provider shall be responsible for ensuring that all

standards and relevant industry practices:

All bids received shall be evaluated in terms of Supply Chain Management Regulations, Lepelle - Nkumpi Local

Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy, The Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, and other

applicable legislation.

The evaluation criteria consist of the following three (3) phase:

Phase 1 - Administration compliance

Phase 2- Functionality

Phase 3- Price and special goals points
