Submit your quotation by email only to: [email protected]. The closing deadline is 21 May 2026 at 17:00. Late submissions or those sent to incorrect emails will be disqualified. Include the following returnable documents: Completed SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim) forms; ID copies of owners/directors; at least two reference letters from previous IT supply clients (on letterhead with contact details); valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (if applicable); indication of ISO 9001:2015 certification status. Mailbox capacity is 10MB per email; multiple emails are allowed but all must arrive before the deadline. Failure to quote fully per the price structure/scope or omit required documents will result in disqualification.

Evaluation occurs in three phases: Phase 1 (Mandatory Requirements at Closing): Disqualification if quotation is incomplete, late, or sent to the wrong email; missing ID copies of directors; or fewer than two reference letters. Phase 2 (Price and Specific Goals): 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (B-BBEE ownership, women ownership) per the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. Phase 3 (Mandatory Requirements at Award): Disqualification if tax non-compliant or listed on the Register of Restricted Suppliers or Tender Defaulters Register. Orders above R30,000 use the 80/20 system and may include a functionality scorecard.

Supply and deliver five (5) laptops with accessories. Two models are specified: Model 1: Intel Core i7-13700H (3.7GHz), 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB SSD, 16" FHD display, Windows 11 Pro, integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, non-backlit keyboard, touch style fingerprint reader, 65W USB-C power adapter. Model 2: Intel Core Ultra 7 258V (up to 4.6GHz), 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD, 14" OLED display, Windows 11 Pro, integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, touchscreen, 4G/5G compatibility, US MIL STD 810H military grade, under 2kg, 65W USB-C power adapter. Both models require: WLAN (Intel AX201 11ax, 2x2 + BT5.0), WWAN (Fibocom L850-GL), and a specified warranty duration. Supplier must provide a firm delivery date.

Prices must be firm, quoted excluding VAT, with VAT as a separate line item. Follow the provided pricing structure/table. Orders above R30,000 are evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system and may include a functionality scorecard. Payment terms and bonds/guarantees are not specified.

Mandatory: Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) unless a foreign bidder with no local entity; submit CSD report. Tax compliance is required at award stage. Must not be listed on the Register of Restricted Suppliers or Tender Defaulters Register. Submit: Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIPC/company registration documents; certified ID copies of directors/owners; ISO 9001:2015 certification status (if applicable). SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms must be completed and submitted.
