Missing mandatory returnable documents (Annexure E) will result in disqualification.

*Phase 2: Technical Evaluation (100 points, minimum 75% overall and 60% per criterion to proceed)**

Methodology (20%): Clarity, alignment with project scope, and actionable steps. Examples of similar projects strengthen the score.

Company Experience (25%): Relevant experience in science communication or related fields. Minimum 5 years required; 10+ years with 10+ reference letters scores highest.
