Tenders must be properly received and deposited in the tender box on or before the closing date at Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, 135 Main Street, Flagstaff, 4810. No late, couriered, faxed or emailed tenders will be accepted under any circumstances. Tender offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly reflecting the tender number and tender description as indicated above.

The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this agreement: (i) Bidding documents, viz - Invitation to bid; - Tax clearance certificate; - Pricing schedule(s); - Technical Specification(s);

Evaluation criteria: 80/20 Price=80 points Specific goals =20 points. Women Owned Company 6 points, Youth Owned Company (18-35 years) 6 points, People Living with Disability owned company 2 points, Company owned by black people 6 points

Supply and delivery of tools of trade for informal traders

The bidder must have the necessary experience and qualifications to supply and deliver the tools of trade for informal traders

Pricing format: firm prices only. All prices shall be tendered including VAT, customs or excise duty and any other duty, levy, or other applicable tax.

Valid Full CSD Proof of registration, Valid SARS TCS Pin printout, Completed and Signed Declarations (MBD1-9), Signed Local content Annexures C, D & E, 100% local content where applicable

The tenderer agrees that this tender and its acceptance shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Ingquza Hill Local Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy (‘SCM Policy’)

The tenderer must comply with the special conditions of the tender, including the submission of a signed letter confirming that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue by more than 30 days

The bidder must comply with the requirements of the tender, including the submission of all mandatory documents
