An enquiry process in order to supplement the existing pre-approved panel of two (02) contractors with an additional eight (8) contractors, for civil works performed within the sub transmission portfolio, in the kwazulu natal (KZN), and free state (FS) operating units (central east cluster), on an “as and when” required basis, for a period of thirty-six (36) months for construction and twelve (12) months for project completion.

The establishment of an enabling agreement with a maximum panel of 40 contractors for the provision of supervision, labour, equipment, material (except the “big five” material which include meters, poles/cross arms, transformers, cable and conductor), transport (as IT will be required and authorised) for electrification of new household connections (above r3 000 000,00 per project) for a period of thirty (30) months (twenty-four (24) months for allocation of task orders and six (6) months for the close-out of projects and finalisation of the payment process) for distribution division in the KZN operating unit, central east cluster as and when required.

The provision of technical facilities management services for the award of a panel contract consisting of nine (9) contractors in the central east cluster - KZN operating unit for a period of forty-one (41) months.

The appointment of the panel of eleven (11) service providers based on the standardized rates, for the provision of meter reading services within limlanga cluster – limpopo on “as and when” required basis for a period of 60 months

The provision of mv and lv electrification infrastructure and connections (households and infills) within the limlanga cluster – limpopo over a period of 48 months.
