For the provision of preventative, corrective, emergency plus minor new works for electrical lights and power, plumbing services, general building maintenance (gbm) and general civil maintenance (gcm) for a period of twenty-four (24) months on an “as and when required basis in the northern region (tshwane).
For the provision of office cleaning, gardening, grass cutting, weed control, hygiene, deep cleaning and pest control services at various areas within the central region for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
