• Submit a written quotation to the agricultural research council (arc) via email to [email protected]. • Use official letterhead, sign all standard bidding documents (sbd) and include the completed preference points claim form. • Include csd registration number and full csd report (only csd‑registered bidders will be considered). • Provide proof of CIDB grading 1gb or higher. • Attach 2 reference letters for similar shade‑net or wind‑break projects. • Break down material and labour costs for both shade‑net and wind‑break structures. • State the validity period of your quotation and the proposed delivery date. • Include a product certificate for the shade‑net and wind‑break netting and a minimum 2‑year guarantee (or longer if certified). • Ensure a safety file is kept on site at all times. • Failure to submit any of the above (csd details, signed sbd, CIDB proof, guarantee, safety file) may lead to disqualification.

• Submit the complete bid by email only to [email protected] (Cc: [email protected]); Hand‑delivery will not be accepted. • Include all required sbd forms (sbd1, sbd4, sbd6.1) And sign the invitation to bid, declaration of interest and any other prescribed documents. • Provide the following administrative documents with the bid: – valid tax pin status and SARS tax clearance certificate (or proof of application). – Proof of registration on the central supplier database (csd) or evidence of pending registration. – Valid b‑b‑bee certificate or sworn affidavit. – CIDB registration (grading 2ME/2SI or higher) or proof of pending application. – Letter of good standing/coida compliance. – Lifting machine entity (lme) registration with the department of employment and labour. – Ecsa registration of at least one qualified lifting machine inspector (lmi) with supporting confirmation letter. – Minimum three (3) recent reference letters (on client letterhead, signed, with contact details, work completed within the last 7 years). • Proposals must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. • Any supplementary information requested after submission must be provided within 7 working days. • Failure to meet any of the above administrative or mandatory requirements may lead to automatic disqualification.
