Submission method: Place fully completed bid documents in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with tender number (8/3/1-09/2025), title, closing date (14/07/2026 at 12h00), and bidder’s name. Deposit in the tender box at Secunda Head Office, Horwood Street, CBD Secunda, 2302 by 12h00 on 14/07/2026. The envelope must be endorsed with the tender number, title, and closing date. Disqualification risks: - Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, unmarked, or late bids will not be accepted. - The tender box will be emptied immediately after closing time. Required documents (compulsory): - Copy/print of Tax Compliance Status PIN (for verification). - Copy of Director/s or Company Municipal rates (not older than 3 months, not in arrears for >3 months) OR valid Lease Agreement OR stamped letter from tribal authority (if in unproclaimed area). - CSD (Central Supplier Database) summary report. - Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable). Bid document availability: Available from 10/06/2026 at Cashier’s point upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R1000.00.
