Quotations must be submitted by email to [email protected] before the closing date and time. The quotation must be completed in full; incomplete quotations may be disqualified. No goods or services may be delivered without an official Necsa purchase order. Queries must be directed in writing only to the contact details provided; approaching any other Necsa employee may result in disqualification. Returnable documents: Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS tax pin), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, and COID Letter of Good Standing if applicable.

Evaluation is in two phases. Phase 1: functionality/technical evaluation out of 100 points; bidders must score above the set threshold and at least equal to the highest-scoring bid's threshold points to proceed. Phase 2: 80/20 preference point system (80 points price, 20 points B-BBEE status level). B-BBEE points: Level 1 = 20, Level 2 = 18, Level 3 = 14, Level 4 = 12, Level 5 = 8, Level 6 = 6, Level 7 = 4, Level 8 = 2, Non-compliant = 0. Failure to submit B-BBEE proof means no preference points are claimed.

Appointment of a temporary service provider to supply 2 x Mechanical Training Officers at Necsa Learning Academy on a temporary basis to assist in training apprentices for 16 weeks from a confirmed starting date. Quantity: 2 x 640 hours. Required qualifications: Trade certificate, minimum N3 Certificate or Matric, minimum 3 years trade-related experience, minimum 3 years experience in technical training. Advantageous skills: good communication skills.

Prices must include all applicable taxes, be fixed and firm, and include additional cost elements such as freight, insurance until acceptance, duty where applicable, and disbursements. Payment will be according to Necsa's General Conditions of Purchase.

Bidders must be registered on CIPC and hold a valid tax clearance certificate (SARS tax pin). Submit SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, and COID Letter of Good Standing if applicable. Bidders must meet the required candidate qualifications and experience.
