Submit bids in the tender box at Makhado Local Municipality Civic Centre, 83 Krogh Street, Makhado, on or before the closing date. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date. Disqualification risks: late, incomplete, unsigned, or improperly submitted bids (e.g., in pencil, by telegraph, facsimile, or email). The Municipality reserves the right to accept any part of a bid or reject all bids.

Evaluation uses an 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 20 points for preferential objectives (e.g., community development, local economic empowerment). Bids missing required documents or not complying with specifications will be disqualified. Some tenders may require additional technical submissions (e.g., SANAS certificates, audited financial statements).

Lease an aerodrome (airstrip) situated at Farm Rietvly 276 LS, District Soutpansberg, for a period of five (05) years. Bidders must comply with all specifications provided in the bid documents.

Bid document cost: R600.00 (non-refundable). Bids must include all required pricing details as per the tender specifications. No additional financial guarantees or bonds are specified.

Mandatory documents for submission: Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS); certified copy of company registration documents (CK); certified copies of company owner(s) ID books (not older than 3 months); proof of payment for municipal rates (not older than 3 months and not owing for more than 3 months) or a formal lease agreement/letter from traditional authority for non-ratable areas (for both entity and directors); copy of Central Supplier Database (CSD) report. All service providers must be registered on the CSD. Certified copies of certified copies will not be accepted.

Bids must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date. The Municipality reserves the right to accept any part of a bid or reject all bids.
