Bring the bid document to the meeting; failure to attend or present the document will disqualify your bid. The doors close at 10h00, with no late entry permitted. Bid documents are available for collection from 3rd to 15th June 2026 (Monday to Friday, 08h00–15h30) at the Mandeni Municipality’s Civic Centre Cashiers Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R600.00 (inclusive of VAT). Payment methods: Debit card, cash, or EFT (reference: Bid No 25/25/26 and Bidder’s Name). EFT payers may request municipal bank details from the SCM manager.
