Location: Ermelo, preferably a standalone building close to local courts and public transport.
Space: Minimum 322m², maximum 337m². Bids outside this range will be disqualified.
Parking: Six (6) secure, lockable bays.
Layout: Must accommodate 20 staff, with public waiting area, consultation rooms, reception, and management space.
