Rehabilitation of Kommissie Street, Small Street, and Bree Street. Scope includes civil engineering works as per the Bills of Quantities, SABS 1200 Standardized Specifications, and project specifications. The contract is based on the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) for Construction Works 3rd Edition 2015. Contractor must comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations 2014. A contractor development programme for local SMMEs is required.

Pricing via Bills of Quantities (Schedule of Rates). Tender sum to be stated inclusive of VAT. A letter of intent from an approved insurer for a Performance Bond must be submitted with the tender. Public liability insurance of at least R5 million required. Tender validity 60 days. No bid bond mentioned.
