Alexkor Richtersveld Mining Company (RMC) Pooling and Sharing Joint Venture (PSJV) in Alexander Bay, Northern Cape require qualified and experienced service provider to design, implement and manage a comprehensive Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) for Alexkor RMC JV employees. The programme must promote the physical, psychological, and social well-being of employees, in alignment with the organisation’s human capital and occupational health strategy for a period of 3 years
