Deliverables: 1) Information Board: Glossy paper, size 1.15m (H) x 93m (L), Castle of Good Hope colours (beige, navy, maroon, white), quantity 1. 2) Landscape Board: Vinyl with wind cut-outs, size 2m (H) x 8m (L), quantity 1. 3) Brochures: A4 to DL size (210mm x 297mm), glossy paper, 128gsm, 4 process colours back-to-back, quantity 100,000. Contract duration: Once-off. Bidder must demonstrate ability to meet scope requirements and deliverables.

Fronting is prohibited; failure to disprove fronting allegations within 14 days may invalidate the bid and restrict public sector business for up to 10 years. Contract terms: Bidder indemnifies CCB for costs/damages arising from breach of conditions. This document prevails over any briefing session information unless formally amended. Bidder participates at own risk; CCB is not liable for bidder costs. Tax compliance is mandatory; non-compliance may result in award withdrawal or contract cancellation. No awards to bidders on National Treasury’s Register of Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers. South African law governs the bid. Bidder is responsible for sub-contractor compliance. Confidentiality is required; proprietary information must not be disclosed without CCB’s written consent. Misrepresentations may lead to termination and claims. Bidder bears all preparation costs.
