Scope: Supply and delivery of kitchen consumables and miscellaneous cleaning items to Eskom offices in the Western Cape area of the Cape Coastal Cluster. Items include sugar, coffee, tea, milk, detergents, bleach, plastic bags, cleaning cloths, and other consumables as listed in the Price Schedule (C2.2). Delivery must be to various Eskom-occupied properties in the Western Cape, as specified on the Task Order. Deliveries must occur during normal business hours (weekdays between 08:00 and 15:00). Supplier must offload, transport, and store goods without packaging damage. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) must be witnessed by the Supply Manager or a nominated testing agency. Asbestos handling: Removal and disposal of asbestos or asbestos-containing materials must be conducted by a registered asbestos contractor at the Purchaser’s expense, in line with South African legislation.

Supplier must deliver goods in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010 (if applicable) or as specified in the Supply Requirements.
