Scope: Provide hygiene services for CCMA Johannesburg office (3529.50m², address may change within CBD) for 60 months (01 July 2027 to 30 June 2032). Services include: Supply, installation, maintenance, and monthly rental of hygiene equipment (e.g., 33 toilet paper holders, 15 foam soap dispensers, 15 air fresheners, 21 SHE bins, 15 paper towel dispensers, 39 auto flush dispensers, 33 seat sanitiser dispensers). Ablution facilities: 6 female (3 cubicles + 2 basins each), 6 male (2 cubicles + 1 urinal + 2 basins each), 3 disability (1 basin each). Consumables: Air fresheners (twice monthly), toilet paper (30 bales/month), foam soap refills (15/month), hand lotion (15/bi-monthly), SHE bags (21/week), seat sanitiser (33/month), etc. Requirements: SABS-approved, non-toxic chemicals; Safety Data Sheets for all products; guaranteed workmanship; reliable, uniformed, and identifiable staff; prompt service; quarterly performance meetings; training for consumable replacement. Equipment must be in sound condition. Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be concluded post-award. Pricing must cover all costs (direct, overheads, profit, statutory fees) and remain firm for the contract duration.

Pricing must be firm for the 60-month contract period, including all costs (direct, overheads, profit, statutory fees). Submit a detailed pricing schedule per item, broken down by: once-off installation costs, monthly rental fees, and consumable costs (VAT inclusive). Pricing must be transparent and include: Supply/installation, rental, maintenance, consumables, technical support, and any license renewals. No price adjustments will be entertained after award. Proof of financial capacity (R50,000+ positive cash balance or credit access) is required for functionality evaluation. Acceptable proof includes: Bank statement (electronically/bank stamped) showing positive balance at bid closure; Proof of access to bank credit facilities (loan agreement, overdraft, revolving credit) on bank letterhead with bank stamp (<1 month old); Signed letter of commitment from a registered FSP (NCR-registered).
