• Scope: General upkeep, repair, and installation of water and sanitation systems at Pharoe Park Complex.

• Leak detection and repair of concealed and surface pipe bursts.
• Geyser maintenance: repair or replacement of high-pressure solar and electric geysers (including valves and elements).
• Sanitary ware: installation and repair of toilets, basins, showers, sinks.
• Drainage systems: unblocking main sewer lines and internal waste pipes using mechanical or high-pressure methods.
• Carpentry and joinery.
• Electrical repairs.

• All work must comply with SANS 10252 (Water Supply and Drainage) and SANS 10254 (Geyser Installations).
• Materials: Piping must be Copper (Class 0/1/2) or SABS-approved HDPE/PEX. Where theft is prevalent or cost saving required, Polycarp piping and fittings may be used.
• Fittings: Only DZR (dezincification resistant) brass fittings permitted.
• Certification: Plumbers must be PIRB-registered (or equivalent) to issue Certificates of Compliance (COC) for geyser installations.
• Warranty: Minimum 6-month workmanship guarantee on all repairs.
• Progress meetings will be conducted at agreed intervals; schedule to be developed by project team.
