• Provide a declaration that the insulator design has not been modified since the last bid (if applicable). • Submit complete test certificates and full test reports in english, both hard‑copy and electronic. • Meet all level 1 mandatory criteria; any “NO” results in disqualification. • Achieve a minimum of 90 % in level 2 scoring to qualify for factory assessment and meet the required deviation thresholds. • Maintain b‑bbee level 1 status and comply with iec/sans/ieee standards and ESKOM specifications. • Have quality control plans (qcp) and product qualification plans (pqp) in place; deviations incur penalty points. • NO change to manufacturing facility or process without ESKOM approval, and all assessment information must be kept confidential.
