Quotation documents are available for a non-refundable deposit of R67.85 from the Supply Chain Management Unit or free of charge on www.george.gov.za. Do not dismember the quotation document. Contractual Terms

The successful bidder must register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). The bidder must accept full responsibility for the proper execution and fulfillment of all obligations under the contract. If the bidder withdraws their quotation or fails to fulfill the contract, the Municipality may cancel the contract and claim damages. The law of the Republic of South Africa shall govern the contract. The contract must comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), ensuring confidentiality and security of personal information processed on behalf of the municipality.
