Required documents: Completed RFQ form, SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), CSD report (with supplier number), tax status verification PIN and tax registration number, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, detailed pricing schedule (inclusive of VAT), and formal quotation. Do not alter tender documents beyond filling in details and price. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Ensure full email delivery by the deadline.

Mandatory compliance: Registered on CSD, valid tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, no listing on Tender Defaulters/Restricted Suppliers, no fraud/corruption convictions (past 5 years), no conflicts of interest. Evaluation: 80/20 preference point system (80% price, 20% B-BBEE). B-BBEE points: 50%+ black ownership = 20 points, <50% = 10 points, 0% = 0 points. Minimum 80 points for functionality (technical compliance) required. Best value principle applies (expertise, experience, technical proposal). Disqualification: Late submissions, incomplete/incorrect documentation, non-compliance with specs, fraudulent claims, litigation history with Iziko, or poor past performance.

Scope: Framing, print, and installation of one artwork ('That which has been marked by the Wind comes with the Wind and is moved by the Wind II' by Amy Rusch, 2023, found plastic bags and thread, 107h x 72cm w) for the Matereality exhibition. Framing requirements: Mount on plain archival backing board (warm white/soft off-white) with 5cm spacing on all sides. Artwork must 'float' on backing, edges and materiality visible. Frame: Natural kiaat wood, slim/understated profile, clean contemporary lines. Glazing: Museum glass (premium anti-reflective conservation glass). Conservation: Archival, museum-quality materials. Quality: High museum exhibition standard for permanent/semi-permanent display.

Pricing: Formal detailed quotation required, inclusive of VAT. Cost schedule must include full breakdown (unit cost, total amount, all disbursements, escalations). Payment terms: Based on deliverables received, after satisfactory completion and project manager approval. No cost variations allowed post-award. Offer validity: 60 days from bid closing date.
