Submit your quotation and all required documents by 02 June 2026 at 11:00. Required returnables: Completed and signed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Central Supplier Database Report or Summary, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and valid tax pin. Evaluation is a two-stage process. Stage 1: Administrative compliance check. Scope: Professional design and space-planning services for three SANAS office rooms/spaces to optimize layout, create functional, modern, and efficient meeting/training spaces supporting collaboration, presentations, and hybrid meetings. Deliverables: Site assessment, space planning and layout design (minimum 2 options per room), audio-visual and technology integration planning (projector/screen, smart display, conferencing equipment), furniture planning and recommendations, interior design concept development (materials, finishes), acoustic treatment recommendations, 3D renderings/visualizations, electrical and cabling layout planning, project timeline and milestones, final design documentation. Compliance: Must adhere to building codes and safety requirements. Project details: 1st Floor meeting/training room (270 sqm, min 70-seater), Ground Floor Accreditation meeting/training room (88 sqm, min 40-seater), Ground Floor open area (48 sqm, min 4 desks). Mandatory technical requirements: 3 reference letters for similar work done in the past 5 years, CV and qualifications in Interior Design or Spatial Design with minimum 5 years’ experience. Contract type: Once-off. Expected delivery: June 2026.

Quote must be in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT. Pricing format: Provide total amount inc VAT. Payment terms: 30 days after delivery of services. SANAS reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers, adjust quantities, or cancel the request. No bonds, guarantees, or advance payments specified.
