Submit online via the E-tender Portal. Required documents (failure to submit any will result in immediate disqualification):

• Company registration documents (CIPC/CIPRO).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Fully completed SBD 4 (Declaration form) with date matching the quotation date. Use the attached SBD 4 form.
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Originally certified copies of directors’ ID documents (not older than 6 months).
• Company Profile.
• Municipal rates and taxes statement in the company’s name.

Additional requirements:

• If operating from a director’s residence: municipal rates and taxes in the director’s name + affidavit confirming business address.
• If operating from leased premises: valid lease agreement in the company’s name.
• Council letter must be in the director’s name (not the company’s) + affidavit confirming business address. No council letters in the company’s name will be accepted.

Quotations must remain valid for 60 days. State employees may not submit quotations.

80/20 Preferential Points System will be used to evaluate quotations. Gauteng CET College reserves the right not to appoint.

Supply and delivery of original toners (no generic/refills accepted). Required item: HP Laser MFP 137fnw (quantity: 5).

Mandatory compliance requirements:

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at https://secured.csd.gov.za or www.csd.gov.za (proof of registration required).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Company registration documents (CIPC/CIPRO).
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS accredited) or a sworn affidavit signed by the Commissioner of Oaths.
