Submit online only via the E-Tenders Portal. No other submission methods accepted. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from submission. Required documents (failure to submit any results in immediate disqualification):

• Company registration documents (CIPC/CIPRO).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Fully completed SBD 4 Declaration Form (must match quotation date; use the attached form).
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Originally certified copies of directors’ ID documents (not older than 6 months).
• Company Profile.
• Municipal rates and taxes statement in the company’s name.
• If operating from a director’s residence: municipal rates and taxes in the director’s name + affidavit confirming business address.
• If operating from leased premises: valid lease agreement in the company’s name.
• Council letter in director’s name (if applicable) with affidavit confirming business address. No council letters in the company’s name accepted.
• State employees may not submit quotations.

80/20 Preferential Pointing System will be used to evaluate quotations. Evaluation is subject to:

• Compliance with Gauteng CET College Supply Chain Management Policy.
• Submission of all mandatory supporting documents (see submission guidelines).
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Non-state employee status.

Supply of garden tools as per Annexure A. Items and quantities required:

• 10 x Plastic Garden Rakes.
• 10 x Lasher 4-Prong Garden Fork.
• 10 x Lasher No.2 Garden Spade.

Gauteng CET College reserves the right not to appoint.

Mandatory compliance requirements:

• Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) at https://secured.csd.gov.za or www.csd.gov.za (proof required).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• CIPC/CIPRO company registration documents.
• SBD 4 Declaration Form (fully completed, date must match quotation date).
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS-accredited) or a sworn affidavit signed by the Commissioner of Oaths.
• Municipal rates and taxes statement (company or director’s name, with supporting affidavit if applicable).
• Lease agreement (if operating from leased premises, in company’s name).
• Council letter in director’s name (if applicable) with affidavit confirming business address.
