Appointment of a professional service provider for comprehensive employee wellness services to saqa (36 months)

Evaluation occurs in three stages:

Stage 1: Administrative Requirements

Deliverables and Services:

• Employee Assistance Programme (EAP):

• Trauma debriefing and critical incident support within 12–48 hours of exposure.
• 24/7 confidential helpline and crisis call services.

• Health Management:

Service Levels and Penalties:
