Scope: Installation of Unit 5-WAS Pump No. 1 (Hidrostal D100 pump coupled with 22kW electric motor; pump already available). Work includes: 1) Remove old pump frame and prepare platform for new pump. 2) Install new pump to existing platform, including drilling and filling concrete into the pump frame. 3) Supply and fabricate 2 new suction and delivery pipes (2m x φ250mm x 8mm thick stainless steel) including flanges to existing pipework. 4) Supply stainless steel bolts and nuts. 5) Supply and install 1x Contactor LC1-D9511 (3PH, 45kW coil, 220/230V). 6) Supply 2x eccentric reducers with flat tops (suction: 250mm-160mm, delivery: 200mm-160mm). 7) Supply 2x multi-range flange adaptors (250-267mm). 8) Transport. 9) Provide safety file. Mandatory: Full completion of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Specification, attendance of compulsory site briefing, and submission of datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements where applicable.

Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Failure to include all taxes will lead to disqualification.
