Scope: Provision of cleaning and hygiene services for ablution blocks at Wiegelspruit for 12 months. Deliverables: - Preliminary and general cleaning equipment for ablution blocks and storage (refer to attached layout drawings). - Provision of 3 cleaners (sourced locally from Region C, Ward 96), full-time Monday to Sunday, paid at latest gazetted labour rate. - Supply of consumables: 1) 3 bags of 1-ply toilet paper per ablution per week (6 ablution blocks, total 48 bags of 864). 2) 1 x 25L pine gel per month to each of 6 ablution blocks (total 12). 3) 1 x 25L dishwashing liquid per month to each of 6 ablution blocks (total 12). 4) 1.5 x 20L Domestos per month to each of 6 ablution blocks (total 18). 5) 27 sanitary bins and waste disposal bags. All services and supplies must comply with specified quantities and standards.

Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Non-inclusion of taxes will lead to disqualification. Pricing must be firm (non-firm prices will not be considered). Submit a separate pricing schedule for each delivery point if applicable. Offer validity period: 60 days from closing date.
