C) Supply and deliver 10m of 70mm² x 4 core rubber flexible cable. D) Supply 20 x 70mm x 12 un-insulated cable crimping lugs (tinned copper). E) Supply 20 x 50mm x 12 un-insulated cable crimping lugs (tinned copper). F) Supply and deliver 50m of 50mm x 4 core SWA cable (copper). G) Supply, deliver, install, and commission sheet metal enclosure with 400A MCCB inside pump station (refer to E1 & E2). G1) MCCB: Adjustable electronic release (160-400A), 70kA, 3 pole, incl. rotary handle. G2) Sheet metal enclosure: Wall mount, IP65, orange, bottom entry plate, dimensions 850(H) x 600(W) x 330(D), backing plate. H) Termination of cable and connection to MCCB & City Power MSS. I) Supply test certificate for MCCB. J) Certificate of Compliance (COC) for all electrical work. K) Submit at least one reference of similar work successfully completed. L) Minimum CIDB Grade 1 (proof of registration required). M) Liaison with City Power for isolation and reinstating of power. N) Safety file (inline with SHE spec). Grading required: 1EB (Electrical Engineering Works – Building).

Pricing must be firm (no non-firm prices or exchange rate variations). Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Failure to include all taxes leads to disqualification. Submit a separate pricing schedule for each delivery point if applicable. Offer validity: 60 days from closing date. Delivery costs must be included in the bid price. Pricing schedule must include: Sub-total, VAT at 15%, and grand total (bid price in ZAR).
