Mandatory requirements for Bid SCMU 21/2026: Company work experience (50 points), COC for Solar Panel System installation (30 points), key personnel qualifications (20 points). For Bid SCMU 22/2026: Company proof of work experience (50 points), manufacturer’s detailed catalogue (20 points), ability to supply within limited lead time (30 points). Bid SCMU 21/2026: Provide integrated security measures for all electrical main and sub-stations for 36 months. Key deliverables: Installation of Solar Panel System (COC required, issued by a registered electrician). Mandatory technical requirements: PSIRA registration (Grade A/B for directors, company registration, and letter of good standing), public liability insurance (minimum R5m), COIDA letter of good standing, and company’s audited financial statements (3 years, signed by a professional accountant). Bid SCMU 22/2026: Supply and delivery of traffic uniforms. Mandatory technical requirements: Detailed manufacturer catalogue of quoted items, proof of ability to supply within limited lead time, and compliance with bid specifications.
